# BD-1000 with white ring

I have two of these. One is working fine after firmware upgrade to 4.7.7 but is know stuck with a white ring. It appears to be blinking but just one of the leds. Any help would be appreciated.

Kindly share the first 4 digits of your Bond Bridge’s serial number. Something like ZZXX.

I have the same issue. I have tried unplug/wait 30 seconds/replug, network reset, full reset, nothing changes. I even tried holding in the reset button while connecting it to power. That changed the behavior, the ring went red for about 10 seconds, but then just went back to only white. First 4 digits are ZZBL
